Invalid operating system id (0)

Hi,
I had a problem with some laptop when I tried to image them, I didn’t have the FOG menu at the start up and I had this error message : “invalid operating system id (0)” and it restart after 1 minute.
Could someone help me please resolving this problem.

I tested the server with other laptops, it worked fine and I didn’t have this problem.

Did you do just do a quick host registration? If so, the laptop won’t have an image or an OS ID associated with it.

I had the same problem.
You must set a correct value for the imageOSID field in the images mysql table.
1 for XP, 5 for Win7, etc…
