Active Directory join fails

@jhuesser Find the mac address of the virtual box network interface. Do a lookup on the gui and remove it if you can. Add that mac address under FOG Settings -> Expand all -> (search for filter) and add the mac address of the Vbox system to that filter list. Then you shouldn’t ahve a problem.

@Tom-Elliott Thank you very much!!! That was it. Now everything works as it should. Will test it on other clients. One last question, if i have Hostname-Changer active, do I need to sysprep to gain an new SID so i don’t get any errors on that?

@jhuesser There is no “requirement” but I would recommend it. I believe you might Have to if you’re using KMS though.

@Tom-Elliott ok, thank you will try it with sysprep.
btw, no i see the “reset encryption data” button on hosts overview too…And for the network interfaces: i disabled them (couldn’t delete them). The filter i wrote in FOG_QUICKREG_PENDING_MAC_FILTER.So now testing OU and sysprep. Thank you very much for your help!!
