      Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

          @AAzuri Based on the messages I see there, the db information is incorrect or the mysql instance simply isn’t running.

          What OS is the FOG Server running?

              @AAzuri Do you Ubuntu?

              Can you get the output of:

              sudo service mysql status?

                  @AAzuri So do your mysql server has a password setup for the root user?

                  sudo mysql -u root

                  If there is no password it should let you right in.

                  If there is a password it will report failure (using password: NO) and drop you back to the shell.

                      @AAzuri What do you mean?

                      The message you wrote states that there is a root password on the database.

                      Do you know what this password is?
