Create Multi-Cast task for grou doesn’t work (Error 500)

The Group creation for Multicast task jobs doesnt work. After click browser error 500 (site not found)

Please update as this was addressed yesterday.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
