FOG Web interface is slow

My Fog web interface keeps hanging up, it is on a vmware vm with now 2gb of memory and added a 2nd processor and it is still slow. When I first login it seems fine but when I try to navigate and perform a task such as delete an image or image file it takes a long time ie minutes (5-8) and then the page comes back wrong, all the icons are listed down the side and it will not allow to navigate somewhere else. Also when I tried to delete the image file the image name was able to delete but there was an error with the file removal, so I am not sure if there may be a DB error. Any ideas where to look.

I have physical server with same issues…web interface slow and image file removal fails. Ubuntu 10

Yes running Ubuntu latest just performed the update seems to be a bit better now along with mysql
