Operating System install disk

Hello, I may be tasked with installing 50 new Dell PC’s. Has anyone had any issues creating the image using the dell supplied OS disk, rather than a MAK or some other volume licensing install?

Windows XP / Vista or 7?
You can use OPA Tool + an SLP key just fine (and the oem media) with fog.

This would be for windows 7. With the dell cd, there is no key you enter. I will look at OPA. Thanks

I have not yet tried it. They are still undecided if they will be getting new PC’s this year.

If your computers are all the same, you can use FOG. I’m doing this already with Optiplex, etc.
