Can´t create a multi-cast task

I have the error:
I try to execute:
etc/init.d/FOGMulticastManager status --> FOGMulticastManager is not running
etc/init.d/FOGMulticastManager start --> fail -
What does the service have to do with the GUI error?
That message is saying the host is already in a tasking. Look on the task page and cancel the task that’s preventing this from starting.
