    Hey there,

I am trying to bring the FOG to our company. Everything was pretty nice to config and I had no too big problems.
But now, I don’t know what has been happening.

I have to present my FOG next week, so I was creating a super nice Image to impress my coworkers.
But then, yesterday, after re-fogging my “Masterimage” to some clients i recorgnized they dont restart, they dont join my domain, they dont snapping and NOTHING (service) is working anymore 😞

So I updated the SVN 3540, restarted services and servers, rerolled to some old images what always worked and always get the log in the fog.txt:

    --------------------------------HostnameChanger-------------------------------

    12.06.2015 09:41 Client-Info Version: 0.8.4
    12.06.2015 09:41 HostnameChanger Running…
    12.06.2015 09:41 Middleware::Communication URL: http://10.56.97.123/fog/service/servicemodule-active.php?moduleid=hostnamechanger&mac=00:0C:29:71:D7:52||00:00:00:00:00:00:00:E0&newService=1
12.06.2015 09:41 Middleware::Communication Response: Module is disabled on the host

Not only in Hostenamechanger, every service “is disabled on the host”.

I have no idea what to test now or how to test. Time is working against me. I am also sorry for my bad english BUT I really hope you can help me anyway.

    Thanks !
    Stefan

Yep. Try unchecking all the modules and save. Then reapply the modules.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

I already did but didn’t help.
Something else, maybe how to figure out what was happening?

It was working, suddenly stops working 😞

I just updated svn. I confirmed the bug and it should now be fixed.

Yes I just saw the SVN 3541 and already downloaded it (ye I know it’s friday but I have to present my work on monday …).

So, i just installed it and got a little scared. It says (as always), go to your_ip_add/fog/management to upgreade your schema.
I am on my FOG-Site but there is no Schema-Update-Message. Is this okay?

                      Modules will be checked asap.

                      3542 released… dats quick!

                        Alright!

This is looking pretty good. Clients I already fogged just recieved AD-join and Rename-Tasks.
                        Very good!

I will do a new Image and roll it out… I will give a clear feedback in 1-2 hours.

THANK YOU SO MUCH (for now ;))
