I have version 1.2.0 and am having trouble determining if I need to replace the Hostnamechange.dll that gets installed with the client with the Hostnamechanger.dll from http://fogproject.org/forum/threads/fog-1-2-0-product-key-changer.12510/

1.) We use OEM keys, as we are very small, so they are hard stored into the systems. No need to add a Product Key to the system.

2.) All I am looking to do is have the Host Name of the system change and then the system added to the Domain.

3.) I have FOG Configuration set up, but have yet to test this feature.

Thanks for any clarification you can give me.

Great that is what I was thinking, but got confused somewhere while researching.

        Thanks!

You should not need to change the HostnameChange.dll file because you’re not using the Product Key to begin with.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
