This happens to me all the time I fix it with adding passwords to various files - restarting mysql - all sorts. Cherry picked fixes from all over the forum.

I am on buntu 14.04.01 64 latest SVN 2826. How can I stop it from happening. When it happened I was adding my images back in the GUI after reinstalling fog due to another problem. Really want a stable set up of this. Its too good to give up on Thanks!!!

Thanks tried that first part as fix but not the second. Just updated. Thanks, hopefully do the trick. :_)
