      I am using SVN 2765.
The iPXE New Menu Entry possibility is great, but when changing something in the iPXE Menu Configuration, it removes the entry when pressing Save Changes.

I highly doubt it’s deleting it when I do think is happening is it’s not saving the name because there’s no name there’s no entry for it to allowed to show can you verify by checking your database

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

After pressing Save Changes following message appears: [name of item] successfully removed!
Same message appears when I press delete.

It is saving the menu entry. Just deleting it immediately after. I’ve found and fixed this bug. Thanks for reporting.
