PXE boot into FOG image on separate subnet

I have two internal Asus routers, both with DHCP configured for their respective host sides (separate subnets).
The client I want to PXE boot into FOG is on router 1/subnet 1, the FOG server is on router 2/subnet 2.
Sorry if this has already been addressed on this forum, but I would like to know if anyone has found a configuration to make this work.

Doe your routers support a single dhcp server in a dhcp forwarder setup?

Just make sure you have routing enabled between the two subnets (as in, the routers know that each other are responsible for their own network), and point to FOG as the next server. TFTP & HTTP work over layer 3 as long as you can route to it.
