Multicast not working

Clean install
Ubuntu server 14.04
Fog subversion 2031

 After creating a multicast task, the hosts show under active tasks but the multicast task is no longer present. The clients will boot and hang at "starting to restore image (-)".  Ive restarted mysql apache2 FOGMulticastManager FOGImageReplicator and FOGScheduler.  Any Ideas about getting this working are appreciated.

The server and the hosts are on the same vlan and switch. Its also the same network configuration our .32 fog server is on and its multicast is working.

After troubleshooting my environment more than I wanted for multicasting problems, what is the configuration to your vlans, multicast on routers, etc?
