Try this kernel:

It has all possible network drivers from USB and Network Drivers.

Thanks Tom! This worked for a StarTech USB 2.0 to Gigabit Ethernet NIC Network Adapter!

You’re welcome, if not slightly delayed, I’m glad to be of assistance however necessary.
-
I don’t consider myself to be delayed and I resent the comment.
-
I was referring to my comment being very delayed, I don’t mean to be resentful  LOL!

It’s 7MB and I can’t upload it to the forum. -
You could also try Tom’s current kernel: https://mastacontrola.com/downloads.html or shoot him an email (at the bottom of his website) to see if he’ll re-host it.
-
I emailed him, will see if he will re host it
-
Ummmm
I’m right here!
-
I have no problems rehosting that, but all of the kernel’s I’ve been building have the “ALLNET” identifier by default now.
Just wanted to add clarity for you all.
