dhcpd.conf configuration

I was trying to clone the Model “hp zbook 8 g1i 16 inch mobile workstation pc” and found that it would get stuck while loading via iPXE, as shown in the image:

I was running tests by upgrading the kernel version until I noticed that the file /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf contained the following line:

After commenting it out, it works for me, as it relies on the common class condition that applies snponly.efi instead of ipxe.efi, as shown in the image:

How can I create an exception for this case (HP vs. Surface) in the condition so that both devices continue to function, even though they share the same “vendor-class-identifier”? As can be seen in the dhcpd.leasses image:

I have FOG version 1.5.10 and I would prefer not to update.
