I have FOG 1.5.10 installed on Linux Mint, been working great for 2 years.

A couple weeks ago I ran a bunch of updates that Mint wanted to do, and now I get HTTP 500 errors both on the web console and when trying to PXE boot.

I took a snapshot of the Mint box and then tried a bunch of things, most of which only seemed to make it worse, so I’ve reverted back to the snapshot for now, but I think I at least learned some things while breaking it.

What I think happened is that PHP 8.4 got installed along side 8.3, and they’re conflicting, or not set up correctly, or something. But I also did some things in Mint’s “Software Sources” GUI. I think I may have deleted some PPAs/Repositories that I shouldn’t have.

When run the current FOG installer, I get:

E: Package 'php-mysqlnd' has no installation candidate

I think I was able to move past this error previously, but then I ran into more problems in the installer related to php-fpm, I think. At one point I tried removing php-8.3, but that probably made things worse.

Anyway, any help would be appreciated!
