Fog install options

Hi Guys,
good to see such soft as free, but when installing fog:
-is the any way to not overwhrite all settings, that I set before?
-more customisable install pack, with separate install all outer components, such a php, sql server (with option choose which is must use, or set it in configs) and httpd (apache), maybe just check installation about missing dependensy packets,
In a result we have a packet that may be installed without risk to crush something else already installed.
