Have you tried changing the hard drive type in the bios to legacy?

You may want to make a custom kernel. I don’t have experience with the HP DL160 G4 but I had ‘no disk found’ error on a Lenovo system and it was that the current default FOG kernel was missing a SCSI driver for my HD controller.

See my post here: http://fogproject.org/forum/threads/hard-disk-not-found-lenovo.4159/

Hi,

HP uses the Smart Array Controllers in their server systems, the driver is not enabled by default in the kernel!

If you cannot compile one by your own i can do that for you.

Hi,

please try this kernel:

It has the HP Smart Array Controller driver included.
Good Luck!
