Snapin File Exists option missing from Create New Snapin after 1.5.10 update

The dropdown option “Snapin file exists” has disappeared from the Create new snapin page after the 1.5.10 update. I used to be able to copy a file to the snapin directory, then select it using the dropdown. Now it forces me to browse to the file and download to the /snapin folder. I selected the .msi I wanted to import into the /snapin folder but it never shows up. I must be missing something but there doesn’t seem to be a way to create a new snapin any longer.
