I am getting this error. The SSD is fine there are no issues with it as far as I can tell here is the error screen. The screen. Fog is running on Ubuntu on a custom machine and the computer being captured is also custom.

@TectonicLeader While the message may not be correct for the “drive” type you’re using (seeing as you don’t really have a “surface” to be bad) there are the potentials that the drive IS going bad and you’ve hit upon the issue, but I think it’s more likely that there’s “bad” bits on the drive that needs to be cleared before attempting to capture.

Whil you would generally not need to do a chkdsk on an SSD, in your case it seems it’s necessary.

Please try running some cleaning/clearing operation on your drive before attempting to capture it, and see if that helps.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@Tom-Elliott I’ve done that. I’ll try swapping the drive but I am fairly confident that’s not the issue.
