[FOG/UEFI] Help!

We have been using fog for a while and have had great success with cloning computers with Legacy boot compatible computers. With some newer computers we have received they are unable to enable any type of Legacy PXE boot compatibility. I have read countless articles on how to enable UEFI on fog and cannot find any answers! If anyone could point me in the right direction or have a step-by-step-ish article that would be amazing!
By the way, our FOG version is 1.5.9
