Snapin stay in queue

Hi,

I try do install softwares using snapin in a computers room, but it’s not working, it never start.
I setup a VLC snapin for testing and it’s stay in queue too, it never start also.

I try VLC on a laptop i used for fog test, and it was successfull.

Is there somewhere some logs to find why my computers room stay in queue ?
It’s the same network.
I start to boot with the network and my computers is registered.
