Deploying an image to a SSD HD

  • Good Morning everyone,
So here is the deal. I have an HP 7800 PC with windows XP professional installed, a Seagate HD 80GB (7200rpm) and I want to upload this image into fog then deploy it to a SSD HD (120GB)
My question is: is this possible?
    Thanks!

You may see reduced SSD life (on early SSD’s anyway - newer ones may I’ve read be less susceptible to this). YMMV…

I’d upload the image as resizable assuming it’s a single partition you’re wanting to back up.

    Cheers

Thank you Robin, I will try it next week and will let you know the results.
Thanks again and have a great day,
    Carlos.

Looks like your connection to FOG Project was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
