Failing To Capture or Deploy image on new computers

We recently ordered some new computers for the library, but run into an error every time we try to capture an image or deploy an image on them.

The things I have tried:
- I was first told to swap from RAID to AHCI in the BIOS, but I could not find any setting there that allowed me to do that.
- I updated both the fog client and kernels to the most recent.
I’m open to any other suggestions on how to get this working. Thanks all!
(Edit: To clarify, we are using bzimage version: 4.19.36 and FOG version: 1.5.6)

It seems like you have an nvme raid0, some linux based imaging solutions have problems with that.
As you say you must change from raid to sata to capture/deploy, clonezilla partclone make that suggestion.I can see the pc that you link, so i cant help you with bios.
The computer must have an option to change it. Search a few more.
