Dell optiplex 780 fails on invalid partition

get error invalid partition table / dev/sda wrong signature 52a9
any fix for this have taken an image and deployed to another pc fine but now having problems
hdd is a new replacement from dell

Did Dell put the OEM recovery/diagnostic partition on the drive? I’ve seen that make things a bit goofy.
