Hi,

I am trying to upload an image from a HP Compaq machine onto our FOG server. This is working with other machines in the school (RM Machines) however when I try and upload an image from this type of machine it does its usual stuff…

loading fog/kernelbzImage …
loading fog/images/init.gz… …
… … …
… … …
… … …
…ready.

Then the machines seems to go into standby. The monitor goes blank, USB goes to sleep and It will just sit there until i physically press and hold the power button to switch it off.

Anyone got any ideas why this is? I have to build tons of these machines and its going to be a pain having to do it by hand!

Cheers.

Have you tried newer kernel? I am lazy, please check this page and try this method http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/1951. You can download kernel from here http://sourceforge.net/projects/freeghost/files/Kernels/
