      Hi,

my main fog is a vm and my storage node is a physical machine.
I am thinking of giving 1.5 RC6 a try, for this i want to make a backup of my vm.

But is it possible to use 1.5 RC6 mixed with a 1.4.4 Storage Node for some time?
I am a little afraid that basic stuff may not work with the current RC, i am just doing simple deployments and use ad join and snapins.

      Regards X23

There may be some GUI bugs here and there, but client operations and primary elements should work as no code changes have occurred for these things. That said, you shouldn’t have any issues “mixing” 1.4.4 and 1.5.0-RC at all, as there also hasn’t been any schema changes and no work on how storage nodes communicate (No FOG Linux Service Changes).

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
