Description
Hello,
I have a problem to join a computer to an active directory.
This is my log file fog.log:HostnameChanger Attempting to join domain
HostnameChanger Logon failure: unknown username or bad password, code = 1326I know the reason of problem. I can’t change the password to Active Directory Defaults on web interface. If I put the good password crypted , it is an other passsword which is saved.
Is there a configuration file to put the good password?
Thanks.

@Almeida You no longer need to use FOGCrypt with your password. You can type it in plain text and it will encrypt itself.
If you are changing the default AD credentials for everything, you’ll still need to go back and change it on the existing hosts. You can do this by putting all hosts in one group, then clearing the AD settings, and then checking the box to enable it again. It should auto fill with the new defaults.

Hello,
I’d like to close the topic. It was the solution.
Where is the button “solved” ?
Thanks.
