      Good morning,

      I have reinstalled Fog 1.2.0 on a Centos7 hyper-v machine. It’s been working well.
During the installation, I pointed the storage node to a Windows-based file server that has ample space for images.
Fog is not reporting this in the gui. It is working, but under “Disk Information” it says “Failed to connect to…”
Is it possible to have reporting with a Windows storage node?

      Thanks!

It’s possible but not simple. First you’d need apache installed on the storage node, and have the svn_folder/packages/web directory loaded as you would on a linux storage node. You would need to edit the Config so it reaches your database manually.

Once this is set, and apache/php is running, you should see the space as long as the path is correct.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)
