Hi,

anyone interested in reviving the IRC Channel?
I know the forum is the best place to keep recuring questions and good answers but maybe i can assist over irc for some german speaking users that may have problems with fog.

I would also help others

IRC is still active, just the irc tool on the forum’s doesn’t seem to work properly, and I don’t know why…

Should be: chat.freenode.net:[6665-6667] (default for irc is 6667)
but it looks like that mibbit does not connect propperly to freenode irc

It’s not that mibbit does not connect properly to freenode irc, it’s that freenode has blocked mibbit from accessing its servers entirely.

ok but in the end both reasons would disqualify mibbit from use
or at least disqualify freenode from usage as irc server :rolleyes: don’t slap me…
