Optimizing minimal time on multicasts between partitions

multicast 8 machines to windows 8.1 , on a dedicated network , time between partitions was two to three minutes.
i am wandering if this can be optimized , i have set the time interval for two minutes for fog to wait for clients before starting multicasting the image , but i don’t know if this parameter also accounted for between partitions.

It is taken in account for each partition as for each img file a new udp-sender command is created.

but is it really necessary ? after all , once multicast has started all clients are synced , and there is no need to wait the same amount of time as before starting.
just a thought.
