      Increase you memory limit.

You shouldn’t have to reboot the whole server to get functionality.

You could just restart apache2/httpd error services.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

Edit your /etc/apache2/php5/php.ini and adust the memory_limit setting from 128M to maybe 256M (or higher if need be.)
