Host Registration Problem

I’m having an issue when attempting to add a new host from the ipxe menu. No matter if I use the quick or full host registration, right before reboot, I see a message that says “No host registration found for MAC address…”. The system then reboots and back at the ipxe menu, it still says that the host doesn’t exist. I log into the fog console and tried to manually setup the host. The console says “Host Added”, but when I view the host list, the machine isn’t listed…
Any ideas?
