Setup of Xen Cloud Platform

Hi guys,
Can somenone provide me with info what data I must have for Xen Cloud Platform 1.1 in order to open & install XCP from network. Whatever I tried, I have error message “Incorrect or damaged kernel image”. My PXE server is Ubuntu 10. 10, I did setup correctly (several Ubuntu installations are working fine). So what should I have in:
LABEL XCP 1.1
MENU DEFAULT
KERNEL ??
APPEND ??
