Deployment Error: [ Can't have overlapped partition ]

hi,

I don’t know if this is the right place to post this thread, however the problem is:
When trying to deploy a Linux Mint 15 image, the host boots through to FOG and begins it’s thing. However, when FOG checks through the setting whilst deploying it comes to a error saying [ Can’t have overlapped partition] i did a google search about this problem, but i wasn’t able to find any information about it.
