Moving FOG install to Proxmox OpenVZ Container question about database and "schema"

I’m moving my FOG install to an OpenVZ container and I have a question about moving the database. In a new FOG install when you first go to the servers web interface you are asked to update a “scema”. My question is do I do this and then move my fog database over, or move the database over and then update the schema?
