A disk read error has occured

Hi Im starting to test my images now and during the windows 7 phase I’m getting a lot of “a disk read error has occured press ctrl alt del to continue”.

Im cloning dynamically expandable VHD’s in Vbox. Windows 7 Set as single partion resizeable. Which should be wrong but works mostly just got stuck on one image! Have even deleted the image and retried to no avail.
Whats gone wrong people? thanks x should I check disk before cloning or something?

Also when I look at the partiiion in WINPE the 100 mb reserved is RAW !!!
