Fogserver 1.6 - Agent 0.1.9

Upgraded to 1.6.0-beta.5381 with agent 0.1.9. Got everything up and running with the exception of the snapin packs. Won’t download the zips and unpack. Just recently switched from the client to the agent and doesn’t appear to resolve the path. Everything exist.
