Will not PXE boot when in Windows 10

Hi All,
At a school setting up for September and have been using FOG for years.
We have 3 different images, depending on the software being loaded, all are running Windows 10.
One of the images works perfectly, Send to the computer, computer reboots and installs image, then it will reboot again to join Active Directory.
The other two images don’t respond to boot/reboot commands when in Windows. If I send the image while the computers are turned off, they turn on and take the image, but then don’t reboot to join active directory. Nor do they respond to Power Management commands from the fog server.
Totally lost here.
