Last year we upgraded to FOG 1.5.10 and then in December we purchased new PCs. Imaging of the new PCs went fine and most of them boot without issue into Windows. We have had a few however only boot to the rEFInd main menu screen. (See screenshot)

Once we hit “enter” the PC will then boot into Windows and so far the menu doesn’t re-appear on any subsequent reboots. Out of 60 PCs we have had 4 or 5 do this but would like to see if there is a solution or suggestion in how to prevent this from happening more often.
The PCs are Dell Optiplex 7010 micro. BIOS is version 1.9 with boot order set to Network boot then internal SSD. I have tried to change the boot order but this can still appear.
      Any suggestions?
