    Hey all,

I’ve created an image from a USB install of Chrome OS Flex. I stuck the USB in, had it install Chrome OS Flex. When it was done the installation, the computer automatically shut off. I removed the USB stick and immediately went into a capture task in order to capture the image. I watched partclone capture all 12 partitions, and it did so successfully. Now, I deployed it to a new computer, watched partclone deploy all 12 partitions. But, the problem is that once I turn the computer on, it boots briefly into Chrome OS Flex where I see vmlinuz.A … OK then back the the motherboard splash screen, then back to vmlinuz.A … OK, in an infinite loop. Some god forsaken Google bootloader is not being invoked or something, because to me it appears I did everything correct.

I followed the recommendations from this post: https://forums.fogproject.org/topic/16433/chrome-flex-os

My objective is to capture and deploy a “not completely setup” version of Chrome OS Flex. So that when an end user turns on their computer that I deployed an image to, they are greeted by the first time setup. Has anyone been able to do this? Any help would be much appreciated.
