To sum up my problem - Most of the programs I have downloaded and installed on the machine I created the unattended file from don’t get installed with the image. I downloaded and installed Sophos, Jumpcloud, Automox, adobe, slack, zoom, google chrome and office. Only Office and Google chrome are on the machine after imaging it. I created a Mint image before and they transferred fine. Any pointers would be appreciated.

      I followed these guides.

What makes you think these programs aren’t installed? The information seems to be missing, but shortcuts don’t mean a program is or isn’t installed. Downloading files don’t mean they were installed either. I am unsure at this point what fog has to do with the question either.

Web GUI issue? Please check apache error (debian/ubuntu: /var/log/apache2/error.log, centos/fedora/rhel: /var/log/httpd/error_log) and php-fpm log (/var/log/php*-fpm.log)

@Tom-Elliott I know they’re not installed because the programs aren’t on the machine. I don’t expect there to be a shortcut and I know the lack of a shortcut doesn’t mean it’s not installed. I’m simply asking for any advice in general for this issue.

@Base2Nathan I’m not asking to be rude but there’s hardly any information to work from.

All fog does from imaging is capture what you tell it to, and deploy where/when you tell it. It’s block level, so there’s nothing fog would be doing in regards to the programs you have installed or removed.
