I have tried using a windows xp disk just having the fog deploy it using the bootmenu and ramdisk but that requires me to create a new installer with some updated drivers. You could read these wiki articles http://www.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Create_a_windows_XP_image_for_many_different_hardware and http://www.fogproject.org/wiki/index.php?title=Client_Setup you could also look into http://unattended.sourceforge.net/

You are not able to boot and install Windows XP from the TFTP boot menu due to the way ramdisk and memdisk handle the system.
