FOG Database Connection Unavailable

After updating FOG I ran into this error, “Database Connection Unavailable”, when I tried to connect to the service. I’ve searched and looked over some other pages that reference this issue but since this is a new recent install then reinstalling isn’t going to help. The other issue that I’ve heard of isn’t relevant as the password is not blank and is even contained in the .fogsettings file along with the correct, unchanged user name.
That having been said what can I do to resolve this? I will continue looking and let you know if I find a solution. Thanks!

This problem was solved. I believe that the database server was reinstalled or a new one was installed and thus there was no password.
