I am using the latest Fog Kernel on the Dell Vostro 3460. It has EUFI instead of BIOS, and it also has a Legacy Bios mode. I get the same error with both modes. See attached picture:[IMG]http://s7.postimage.org/oiyn9xunv/IMG_0308_1.jpg[/IMG]

I have the same model, Vostro 3460, and see the same issue. Did you ever get it resolved?
