Task management confirmation page not loading

Hello, I just setup a fog 0.32 on Ubuntu 12.4. everything works fine accept that the task management confirmation page does not load so i can not run any task. I have tried IE, Chrome, Firefox, and even through the local host with no luck.[ATTACH=full]187[/ATTACH]
