FOG works fine for until SVN 3109. Then I can’t load the web page anymore. All the previous revisions do not have this issue.

RE: Latest Development FOG
I tried downgrading to 3109 and I had the same issue, but when I downgraded further to 3102 the FOG GUI comes up fine. I’ll try each new iteration and let you know when the issue started on which revision.

RE: Latest Development FOG
I just updated to 3110 and the web gui will not load for me anymore. It just spins in a constant loading cycle. I can’t even log into it anymore since the page never comes up.

Snapin already deployed
This is issue has occured for the past few revisions for me. I’m currently on SVN 3077. When ever we try to deploy a snapin it gives an error saying the snapin has already been deployed when we have never pushed a snapin to this machine before. Here is the screen shot of the error itself.

RE: Latest Development FOG
It’s almost fixed. It does display the correct information but there are not options to enable them or not.

RE: Latest Development FOG
The inventory issue is fixed and I can also image correctly again. The only other issue is the one on the services page. That issue is still occurring for me.

RE: Latest Development FOG
I just updated to 3068. The only thing that changed is that now when I pxe boot boot I get an input/output error and the machine cancels pxe and boots into windows.

RE: Latest Development FOG
My issue for the image is slightly different than YuYo’s actually, where he has a cursor on his screen I just have a a pure black screen with no cursor at all right after it starts the inventory.

RE: Latest Development FOG
That fixed the host list report, but listing all hosts through host management still gives me a white page and the service links still redirect me to a different page asking me to download FOG.

RE: Latest Development FOG
That worked for the host menu issues, but I the service configuration links still have a the problem. I can’t open up any form of a host list, whether it’s a report or just through host management, I always get a blank page. I’m also having the same problem as YuYo with images not downloading. I haven’t tried your other solution for the link you gave him. I’m going to try that now.

RE: Latest Development FOG
I just upgraded to Version 3067 and I’m noticing a lot of issues with this revision. When you go into a host none of the Host Menu links work. It doesn’t try to load any of the pages. The Host List Report also only shows a blank page. All of the service links on the services page takes me to a page to download FOG. When I come across any others I’ll post it but right now those are the big ones I’m noticing.

Unable to update schema
I’m having a really weird issue. For the last few revisions I’ve tried updating FOG to I’ve been unable to update my schema database. I never get prompted to updated my schema from the web GUI so I am stuck on a previous version. When I forcibly go to the schema webpage to hit the upgrade button it says that my database is already up to date when it is not. Has anybody seen this before?

RE: Latest Development FOG
I have a really weird issue. I just updated to 3051 and I’m can’t update my schema. Every time I try I get told that my database is up to date. But when I look at my FOG configuration it still says I’m on 2979.

RE: SVN 2979 multicast issues
Before my network guy wants to open up the switches with this setting he wants to try a different mcast address. I’ve tried to get the 239 address to be used but FOG always uses the 236 address. I’ve overwritten in the FOG multicast settings in the web GUI but it’s not showing the change in the log files.

RE: SVN 2979 multicast issues
I haven’t tried the ip directed-broadcast yet, I’m having our network person get that setup up on our switches and routers now.

RE: SVN 2979 multicast issues
So I’m basically going to need to set up a storage node for each vlan we have in order for multicast to work in all of our buildings?
