Ever since I updated FOG to SVN 3877 I’ve been unable to boot to pxe. It times out with an error of " No boot file name received". I’ve already restarted my ubuntu server and the problem still occurs.

SVN 3776 issues with web page timeout?
I went from 3774 to 3776 so I’m not sure if 3776 or 3775 is the issue, but ever since I updated to this svn I’ve had weird issues when I get timed out on the webpage. Once I get timed out normally I refresh the page and then log back in. However now the page never properly reloads. I can hit refresh or even open a new page but it never shows the log in page. It just searches for it without changing the screen to say if it failed or not. The only way I found to fix this was to re-install the latest SVN or reboot the server. This is only temporary until the timeout happens again. Also I noticed that the apache error log is broken as there is no drop down for the report anymore. Has anybody else had this issue?

RE: SVN 3764 unable to change any FOG configuration settings
I just downgraded a couple of revisions and the issue still occurred. I even re-applied svn 3764 but the issue is still occurring for me. I’m on Ubuntu by the way.

SVN 3764 unable to change any FOG configuration settings
I just upgraded to SVN 3764 and anytime I try to make changes on the FOG configuration page the settings either don’t stick or I get a white page. Then when I reload the white page I see the settings also didn’t stick.

Issue with SVN 3542?
Is there an issue with SVN 3542? I’m currently installing it but it’s been stuck downloading the new fog client for a good 15 minutes now. That part usually takes 5 minutes tops.

RE: AD Join/Rename on client .0.8.1
The issue that I’m getting with 0.8.1 for the AD join is “Required Domain Joining information is missing”. I also ran the debugger and is see’s the correct domain join information, but it still gives me the error. I’m currently on SVN 3384.

RE: GreenFOG not working
It’s SVN 3366, it’s client the beta client version 0.7.2. The client is giving the error. I’ll attach the fog.log from one of my machines.

GreenFOG not working
GreenFOG is no longer working on the latest SVN for me. I get the error message that states: The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002). Has anybody else been getting this error with the GreenFOG service on their machines?

RE: Odd pending host issues
Now this seems to happen to almost every new host that is added. It seems to never get a proper hostID in the data base so I’m constantly having to go into the database and give it a proper hostID.

RE: Odd pending host issues
These are the latest errors in apache that I have been getting. I’m not sure if it relates to this issue at all however.

Odd pending host issues
I’m having some really weird issues with the latest SVN (3225). Sometimes when a host that has been imaged reboots it will want to show up in the pending hosts section of FOG, but when I look at the pending hosts section there is nothing there. So I look at the database and notice that the machine and MAC address is a hostID of 0. In order to correct this I change the hostID to the next sequential number that FOG hasn’t used yet. That allows the host to show up in the pending hosts section so I can approve it. This shouldn’t be happening however. Every host is manually entered before it’s imaged so there is no reason for it to show up in the pending hosts section. This happens on random machines. I also have host registration turned off so it shouldn’t add hosts unless they are done manually. I haven’t found any apache error codes that could reflect why this is happening. They are hard enough to find since this issue is random.

RE: Multiple Times in Green FOG
I actually have the setting turned on for groups since that is how we categorize our labs, but the Green FOG setting seems to only be able to hold one time schedule. I’m unable to add to 2 shutdown times.

Multiple Times in Green FOG
I was wondering if it would be possible to have the Green FOG service have multiple shutdown times in it. Currently it’s only able to take one. We have many night classes in some of our buildings in the school district so having multiple shutdown times would make sure they shut off by the end of the day.

SVN 3218 White Screen
This issue seems to be back for me. This happened many revisions ago. When ever I add a new host or update a new host I get a white screen when the changes happen. I have to manually hit the refresh button in the browser to see the changes that were made.
