@george1421 They don’t give me access to the vsphere where my company outsourced me too. I am waiting for him to restore the vm snapshot of the original server so I can see if I can export what I can to move over. The network admin does the storage moves and what not they just wanted me to upgrade/build the fog server. I can’t really move forward with all my transfer till he sits down and does what i asked him to do ie DNS option for the new IP and restoring the previous snapshot of the old fog server. He also installed Ubuntu 16 so i said f*** it and installed fog trunk to go along with it.

Kernal Offset: Disabled end kernal panic
Saw a few other posts on the subject but didn’t quite get the answer I was looking for. Or maybe I did and just didn’t realize it. But the pictures I am attaching are the screen when I try to register a machine from pxe boot menu and the longer one is from when I tried to do a HDD wipe from the PXE menu.!![1_1474048277115_20160916_115456.jpg](Uploading 100%) I could only upload the one so I will upload the other in my next comment.

RE: Adding older storage nodes to FOG Trunk
@george1421 Yeah I learned the hard way about trying to upgrade from v.31 to 1.x.x last week haha. But I’d rather ask to be sure than to waste a bunch of time one way or the other.

RE: Adding older storage nodes to FOG Trunk
@Quazz When I tried to upgrade from v.31 to trunk on the main server it didn’t like it so i was going to make new ones if I needed to upgrade.

RE: Adding older storage nodes to FOG Trunk
Just going to make new nodes for each building. I figure that was the case but I wanted to make sure. Thanks for the info guys.

Adding older storage nodes to FOG Trunk
I work in a pretty big school district. We have a total of 10 storage nodes. All Masters of their own respective group. I just made a New FOG server running FOG Trunk. I’m doing a lot of Manuel transfers to keep our old v.31 Server as an emergency option for compatibility sake.
That being said would I need to upgrade the storage nodes to Trunk as well for them to work properly with the new server? Or should I just build them up from scratch also?
