Boot Clonezilla and image the machine to external hard drive. Then update away. If it all goes down hill just revert back to the old image. Then try plan B.

RE: Dell Optiplex 9020 UEFI network booting
I have found some Dells picky… specifically with Realtek 81xx NICs. Just to throw a dart at the board have you tried a BIOS update?

Network Blocking FOG
I tested fog on a simple un-managed switch. works super quick. I moved it to the primary network to put in production. Now it errors out on mounting NFS. I read that there is a few issues with STP (ugggh). We do have a IPS , but already made a policy for the fog to allow all. So my question is what else could possibly not make it work. We have Brocade switches(pretty much Cisco IOS) Fog has normal network connectivity. I can upload SOME of the switch configs but not all if it will help.

can upload but not download a image
Wayne and Tom help a brother out!
server is CentOS 6.4 running trunk 3652
I can upload a image to my FOG box but cant pull one down.
I have one win 7 image uploaded with sysprep.
not sure why on this… did chmod 777 on /images and the dev folder and chown.
no iptables or selinux. I have restarted my nfs service… but nfs-server is a no go.
Ill attach a pic of my console and a vm with the error. (ignore crappy CLI work)
I do have Teamviewer ready if anyone would like to poke around.

RE: RANDOM NFS MOUNTING ISSUE.
Sweet @Tom Elliot. My first setup was centos 7, ran into too many issues as i guess mysql was rolled to Maria-db. i will give CentOS6 ago maybe Ubuntu Server 14. Probably go with FOG 1.2 for now. Kinda have the idea FOG trunk is beta.
